About Airforce X Group Exam:

It is an online computer-based exam of 60 minutes in which 70 MCQ type questions from subjects like English, Physics, and Mathematics of 10+2 would be asked.

About Airforce Y Group Exam:

It is an online computer-based exam of 45 minutes in which 50 MCQ type questions from subjects of English, Reasoning, and General Awareness would be asked.

ELIGIBILITY FOR AFCAT

Educational Qualifications for (AF X & Y):
  • It is an online computer-based exam of 45 minutes in which 50 MCQ type questions from subjects of English, Reasoning, and General Awareness would be asked.

  • Group Y (except IAF(s) and Composer Trades): Candidate should have passed Class 12 in any stream with minimum 50 percent marks from any Central/ State board.

  • Only for Men

  • Group Y Medical Assistant Trade: Candidate should have passed Class 12 with minimum 50 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English from any recognized examination board.

  • The upper age limit is 21 years as on the date of enrolment.

  • Candidates must meet the physical standard specified by UPSC
